FDM Module 2

Hosted at Active Spinal & Sports Care, this course will be taught by Dr. Angela Lim and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the axial spine.

Hosted at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, this course will be taught by Dr. Matt Booth and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the shoulder, knee and ankle.

 

The virtual introduction will be available 2 weeks prior to the course. 

January 20-21, 2024

Shoulder, Knee and Ankle

FDM Module 1

Hosted at Mayo Clinic Mankato, this course will be taught by Dr. Todd Capistrant and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the shoulder, ankle and knee.

Hosted at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, this course will be taught by Dr. Todd Capistrant and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the axial spine.

April 3-4, 2024

This is a pre-course for the AOCPMR mid-year conference in Minneapolis, MN and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the axial spine.

FDM Module 3
 

Headache, TMJ, elbow, and more

April 13-14, 2024

This is an introductory course hosted by WAOPS in Madison, WI and will teach you how to apply the FDM to headaches, TMJ, elbow, wrist, feet and more. This course will be taught by Jen Ribar, DO

April 27-28, 2024

This is an introductory course hosted by Empire Therapy in Spokane, WA and will teach you how to apply the FDM to shoulder, ankle and knee. This course will be taught by Jen Ribar, DO.

FDM Module 3

Headache, TMJ, elbow and more

May 18-19, 2024

This is an introductory course hosted by Maine General Hospital Augusta, Maine and will teach you how to apply the FDM head region, elbow, wrist and feet. This course will be taught by Todd Capistrant, DO.

Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund on or before 4 weeks prior to start of course; 50% Refund 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to module.  No refund within 2 weeks of the module. However, module fee can be applied to future course with the same teaching company (e.g. FDM Academy, CORE FDM, Inquisitive LLC, etc.).  If a module is cancelled by the module host at any point, a full refund of module registration will be offered.



                                                                             CME/CEUs

This program (Modules 1 and 2) is approved for 20 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credit by the AOA CCME; for Physical Therapists, this course is approved for 20 hours of CEUs for Pennsylvania PTs, 18.75 hours of CEUs by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (with reciprocity to many states in the US).  Application is in process for the PT Board of Ohio, New Jersey, and with the BOC for Athletic Trainers.  For Modules 1, 2, and 3 there are a total of 20 class hours, all being introductory classes that can be taken in any order.
