Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Full price refund (minus fees) on or before 6 weeks prior to start of course; No refund within 6 weeks of the module. However, a voucher code may be issued for the amount paid for the course (to the person who paid) which can be applied to a future course with the same teaching company (e.g. FDM Academy, CORE FDM, etc.). The voucher code will expire within nine (9) months of the issued date. The code can only be used one (1) time, it will not carry a remaining balance if the module it is used for is less than the voucher balance. A new voucher code will not be issued if attendee is unable to attend the class the voucher was applied to. If a module is cancelled by the module host at any point, a full refund of module registration will be offered.​

 

Discount and voucher codes must be used at the time of registration and payment, retroactive discounts are not offered. ​​
