FDM Module 2
Axial Spine

October 12-13, 2024

This is a introductory course hosted by Cleveland Clinic on their campus in Beachwood, OH and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the axial spine.  This course will be taught by Angela Lim, DO.

The virtual introduction will be available 2 weeks prior to the course.

Headache, TMJ, Carpal Tunnel, and more

October 12-13, 2024

This is a introductory course hosted by Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the head, jaw, wrist/hands, and more.  This course will be taught by Jen Ribar, DO.

The virtual introduction will be available 2 weeks prior to the course.

This is a introductory course hosted by University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the axial spine.  This course will be taught by Todd Capistrant, DO.

November 9-10, 2024

This is an introductory course hosted by Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, NM and will teach you how to apply the FDM head region, elbow, wrist and feet. This course will be taught by Angela Lim, DO. 

The virtual introduction will be available 2 weeks prior to the course. 

FDM Module 1

Ankle, shoulder, knee and more

February 22-23, 2025

This is an introductory course hosted by Rocky Vista University in Billings, Montana and will teach you how to apply the FDM to the ankle, shoulder and knee. This course will be taught by Angela Lim, DO. 

The virtual introduction will be available 2 weeks prior to the course. 

Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund on or before 4 weeks prior to start of course; 50% Refund 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to module.  No refund within 2 weeks of the module. However, module fee can be applied to future course with the same teaching company (e.g. FDM Academy, CORE FDM, Inquisitive LLC, etc.).  If a module is cancelled by the module host at any point, a full refund of module registration will be offered.

                                                                             CME/CEUs

This program (Modules 1 and 2) is approved for 20 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credit by the AOA CCME; for Physical Therapists, this course is approved for 20 hours of CEUs for Pennsylvania PTs, 18.75 hours of CEUs by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (with reciprocity to many states in the US).  Application is in process for the PT Board of Ohio, New Jersey, and with the BOC for Athletic Trainers.  For Modules 1, 2, and 3 there are a total of 20 class hours, all being introductory classes that can be taken in any order.
