Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund on or before 4 weeks prior to start of course; 50% Refund 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to module.  No refund within 2 weeks of the module. However, module fee can be applied to future course with the same teaching company (e.g. FDM Academy, CORE FDM, etc.).  If a module is cancelled by the module host at any point, a full refund of module registration will be offered.

                                                                             CME/CEUs

This program (Modules 1 and 2) is approved for 20 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credit by the AOA CCME;  for Physical Therapists, this course is approved for 20 hours of CEUs for Pennsylvania PTs, 18.75 hours of CEUs by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (with reciprocity to many states in the US).  Application is in process for the PT Board of Ohio, New Jersey, and with the BOC for Athletic Trainers.  
For Modules 1 and 2, there are a total of 20 class hours, both being introductory classes that can be taken in either order.  Module 3 is a total of 16 hours, and needs to be taken after one (but not necessarily both) of the Module 1 and 2 courses.
